We are currently seeking full-time, EEC certified teachers to work in one of our infant or toddler classrooms.

·         Salary range: $20-$24 per hour based on a combination of cumulative experience working with infants and/or toddlers, education, and classroom assignment.  $1000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

·         Schedule:  We are a full-year center open from 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Available work shifts are:  8am-5pm, 8:30pm-5:30pm, and 9am-6pm. 

Our classroom teachers work as a co-teaching team. They are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment and work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications 

·         Certified by The MA Department of Early Education and Care to work with Infants and Toddlers; 

·         Knowledge of early childhood education protocols, including safety and emergency first-aid procedures; 

·         Able to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and other faculty members;

·         Desire to be part of a collaborative team environment; 

·         Dependable and reliable;

·         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib. Must be able to properly supervise children by sight and sound at all times.

·         Able to meet fingerprint and background check requirements in accordance with the regulations of The MA Department of Early Education and Care.
